Spiritual Life and Worship Committee |
The Spiritual Life and Worship Committee oversees the development of the Church's
spiritual growth by reaching out to all parishioners through the various St.
Anthony ministries. We strive to enhance the spiritual growth of each parishioner,
as well as the Church community as a whole, by helping to enrich the personal
meaningfulness of the liturgical experience within the St. Anthony Parish
Community.
The committee supports all of the Parish ministries in their contributions to Catholic Life. Some of the ongoing Spiritual Life Committee contributions include establishing parish retreats, providing guest speakers, helping to enhance the work of the Ministers of Hospitality, cosponsoring various Parish events, such as the "Coffee, House" and working to provide a solemn atmosphere for worship. Whenever possible, we work toward bridging the various age groups in our parish, from the youth to the elderly involving each more deeply in planning, and participation within the liturgical and social experience of the church.
